Established in 1994, Green Key Global is an environmental Sustainability Certification body recognized by GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) and aligned with all seventeen United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Green Key offers affordable standardized programs and resources designed specifically for the hotel industry. Education, marketing tools, vetted vendors, the ability to keep abreast of industry trends and statistics plus useful tools to help boost a property’s eco-rating are all part of the program offerings.
Green Key Global provides the third-party credible stamp of approval needed for members to be recognized as sustainable by the industry, local community OTAs, BTAs, government and corporate companies recommending sustainable properties on their accommodation and meeting space platforms.
