Often times, people ask what we do as a Conceptual Architects at Best Western. The simplest answer is we help Members visualize the BW approved exterior design potential of their properties – before it’s even built. Still wondering what I mean? Think about what it could be like to see exactly what a design would look like on your building, without having to pay for construction to finish…that’s what we do. The “before” and “after” transformation is our focus, it could simply be a new paint scheme or an entire remodel. Whether we are following the PIP report or upgrading the look to stay ahead of the local competition, a rendering is more than just what you see on the page. We’re constantly thinking of cost efficiencies and balancing the realities of actual project construction.
Listening to the feedback provided by Members has created a new approach in how we can help you. We have developed different “TIERS” that will allow each property to choose which level of design is most appropriate for their exterior design contract. Basically, the more amount of time is spent on the contract, the more developed the design will be and the image more refined.
TIER 1 – SKETCH (BASIC)
Do you have a small project or already have an architect involved and they are just looking for an idea of what the BW brand is going to approve? Maybe you don’t want to spend much on design services? Great! A quick and loose sketch will help get you started in the right direction.
TIER 2 – 3D MODEL (INTERMEDIATE):
Are you not exactly sure where to start and need more detail than just a sketch to figure out the design? Maybe you need a porte cochere remodel or a roofline addition? No problem, we’ve got you covered! We’ll create a custom 3D model so you can see different angles of the architectural solution.
TIER 3 – 3D PHOTOREALISTIC (ADVANCED):
Perhaps you need to remodel every façade on your building or want to transform the appearance of your whole property? Maybe your financial institution needs to see what the capital will be invested in or you need marketing images of your new look. You’ve come to the right place! We can create a custom 3D model and use this to develop renderings which will look exactly like what the project could be…and the image it will look exactly like it would in real life.
