Product Manager Telford Delmoe might be new to his position on the Best Western® Hotels & Resorts Supply team; however, he is very familiar with working and negotiating with suppliers on a daily basis.

“I moved into this position only a couple of months ago,” Telford said. “But this is definitely a job I’m used to. Before I came to Best Western five years ago, I built up almost 20 years of purchasing experience. It’s something I really enjoy doing, and I’m having a great time with the Supply team so far.”

As a product manager, Telford is in contact with 25 – 30 suppliers on a daily basis. Specifically, he negotiates for FF&E products, which applies to a broad range of items found both inside and outside Best Western-branded hotels – such as flooring, casegoods, beds and mattresses, site furniture, walls, etc. Within each one of those trade categories, Telford must negotiate with multiple suppliers to ensure he is getting the best price possible for the benefit of Best Western’s Designers and Hoteliers.

“I love my new role at Best Western,” Telford said. “I’m really glad my strengths are proving to be an asset to the team, and I’m looking forward to doing whatever I can to ensure BW Supply achieves even more success in the future.”
