My name is Karine Daumard. I was born in the beautiful Champagne region of France and moved to the United States 23 years ago to begin a new chapter in my life and career.

I originally worked as a paralegal in France, but my passion for creativity led me to pursue another dream. I returned to school to study Interior Design, a field that allowed me to blend aesthetics, functionality, and the joy of designing meaningful spaces.

Before joining Best Western, I gained valuable experience as an Independent Representative, where I developed strong client relationships and a deep understanding of design, purchasing, and hospitality needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy a range of activities that keep me balanced and energized—reading, Pilates, spinning, cooking, and traveling.

Over the years, I have lived in three U.S. states: Washington, Northern California, and Arizona, each playing a meaningful role in my personal and professional development.
