Joann is celebrating 17 years at BWH this month. She started as a Contract Furnishings Rep and then became Supply Manager, eventually moving to her current role as Sr Product Manager.

She is responsible for all supplier categories in Canada except Food & Beverage and overseas all North America suppliers for Beds and Brand Identity.

Her chief role is to find suppliers and products that you, the hotelier, need for your properties. She also collaborates with Accounting and Meetings & Planning on various projects.

Joann has received a diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from SCMAO. Before coming to BWH she also worked many years in the Wallcovering Industry.

She enjoys reading, gaming, and travelling with her husband of 25 years.
